Heartland Credit Union Partners With Identity Theft Prevention Company, LifeLock

Tempe, Arizona - March 18, 2008 - LifeLock® CEO Todd Davis announced today a partnership with Heartland Credit Union, based in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, that will allow LifeLock's identity theft prevention product to be offered to the credit union's members at a discounted price.

"We continue to see an increase in the number of organizations taking preventative measures to secure their employees and customers from the troubles associated with this crime," said Davis. "I applaud Heartland Credit Union for its decision to take this stand and eliminate identity theft problems for its members."

Located in a secure facility in Tempe, Arizona, LifeLock enables "locks" by setting and automatically renewing fraud alerts with the major credit bureaus, removing member names from pre-approved credit card offers and junk mail lists. It is backed by a $1 million service guarantee. Recently, LifeLock added an additional service to all members - free of charge - called WalletLock™. WalletLock works to cancel and replace all documents and personal identifying information inside a wallet if it is lost or stolen.

"Whether helping members handle their day-to-day finances, purchase a new home, invest for retirement, or helping small businesses grow, we're committed to our community, offering more than may be expected," said Pam O'Connell, President of Heartland Credit Union. "Adding LifeLock to our growing list of services is a perfect example of Heartland Credit Union offering a proactive solution to a growing epidemic."
