LifeLock Makes Executive Changes


CEO Todd Davis Appointed Chairman of the Board

TEMPE, AZ – (December 8, 2008) – One of the fastest growing companies in Arizona and the leader in identity theft protection, LifeLock® has recently made changes to its executive team, appointing its current Chief Operating Officer (COO) Andy Corbin to the role of President and COO and hiring Rich Rzasa as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Additionally, Chief Executive Officer Todd Davis will also hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for LifeLock.

Andy Corbin brings broad-based, comprehensive leadership knowledge to the role of President and COO. Throughout his career, Corbin has held roles that combine operational and financial responsibilities, applying a pragmatic approach to problem solving, creating operational efficiencies, top and bottom-line growth, as well as GAAP and SOX compliance.

With LifeLock, Corbin will oversee the cross functional departments of the organization, planning for the organizations future operational and financial goals. A key function of Corbin’s responsibilities will include identifying and leveraging operational effciencies to enhance the member experience and optimize the member economics inherent in the business model.

A co-founder of the organization, Davis will maintain his role as CEO while also serving as Chairman of the Board that has already helped propel the organization to exponential growth and its current industry leading position.

Rich Rzasa is a seasoned information technology executive with experience in the Financial Services, Retailing, and E-Commerce industries. As former Vice Chairman and Chief Information Officer for TD Waterhouse, a leading provider of online financial services to the self-directed investor, Rzasa contributed to the overall strategy of the firm and led a large, multi-disciplined team of technology professionals to deliver systems capable of multi-channel high-volume, high-availability transaction processing and multi-faceted customer support.

Rzasa’s role as LifeLock’s Chief Information Officer will provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementations of LifeLock’s information technology systems. Rzasa responsibilities include bringing future vision of technology, identifying changes and trends in the technology field, and developing an overall strategy for information needs, system development and hardware integration.
